Keeping Dinky One's Busy Soft Play Hire

In June 2023, Jaye wanted to step away from directly working with children and reach into something challenging and create something of her own. However, with her passion with childcare, she knew she wanted it to still be focused based on and around children. With thinking of what Godalming, Surrey is missing and what herself as a parent would like, a soft play sprung to mind. Before she knew it, she started in planning in June 2023 and then opened in September 2023, offering soft play at Busbridge Village Hall on a 3 day basis. 

Within a couple of weeks of opening, Bears Little Play was asked regularly ‘do you offer Parties?’. This was not in the ideas for the business however Jaye soon realised it was also a need for local parents. A few weeks went by and Jaye had taken 3 party bookings and expanded her business to now offering parties within Busbridge Village Hall. 

We then entered 2024 and world spread about the parties that was being offering. Clients was asking if we can go to different locations and attend parties, christenings and weddings. Jaye purchased a large car to make this happen and opened up soft play equipment to across Surrey. 

As Bears Little Play naturally grew over time, it became evident that Jaye should cooperate her nannying experience into her business. She missed working closely with children so introduced Event Nannying at Weddings and other occasions. Jaye was excited to get back to something she thoroughly enjoys doing. 

Within parties, Jaye has also introduced Bears Little Lunch bags, a party host, clean up service, invites and party bags. 

Bears Little Play now proudly offers a wide range of equipment hire for all occasions across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. Along with this, Delivering equipment in a personalised van. Event Nannying also across all areas. 

She is excited to see what other journeys Bears Little Play encounters.
