All Children must always be accompanied by a parent/carer (Aged 18 years and over). Bears Little Play do not accept any form of responsibility for supervision of children.
Parents/Carers are always responsible for the behaviour and wellbeing of the child(ren), in their care and must always supervise them.
Rules of play should be explained to your child(ren) and is the parent/carers responsibility to make sure they are followed by the child/children.
You should always try to arrive/depart on time to allow preparation in between sessions of cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
Parents/ carers must always remain on the premises.
The soft play equipment is suitable for 0-8 years old. Any child over this age, Bears Little Play may apply discretion to not allow entrance to the building.
Shoes must be removed, socks must always be worn.
Jewellery, accessories, and badges should not be worn when using the equipment. Glasses can be worn but at own risk. Shatter proof lenses are required.
All outside wear should be removed (Coats, Hats, Gloves, ect).
No food or drink should be consumed on the equipment, but be consumed on the table and chairs provided.
Only food and drink purchased from Bears Little Play can be consumed in the premises No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the building.
No animals are allowed.
If a child has been unwell, you should wait 48 hours until clear of illness before using the equipment, if unsure please seek GP advice.
If a child becomes unwell during the session, you should leave immediately to prevent cross contamination and make a member of staff aware.
Please insure your child/(ren) are behaving in a likely manner. This is to reduce stress to other and prevent equipment becoming damaged.
Aggressive, abusive and any type of negative behaviour deemed towards Little Bears Play staff, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. You will be asked to leave the premises.
Please do not hang off the top of the play zone.
In best interest of health and safety, we asked any food debris that falls on the floor is picked and wiped and put into the bin. If a spillage occurs, please inform a member of staff where it will be cleaned up.
Please report all accidents (small or big) to a member of staff, this can be logged in our accident book, to prevent any reoccurrence and provide the right assistance.
All damages to equipment must be reported to a member of staff. You may be required to pay for any damages.
All nappy changes and use of the potty should only be conducted in the dedicated area only.
photographs are permitted however please be mindful and respectful of other children/ parents and carers.
Bears little Play do not accept any liability for loss. Theft of personal belongings. If any personal belongings are left, we will return it to you..
Every single child plays at Little Bears always play entirely at their own risk and under full supervision () from parents/carers. Bears Little Play will not be held responsible for safety of the children using the equipment.
Anyone who is breaching the rules of play will be asked to leave.
